It's been an exciting weekend around our house! The girls have moved into the same bedroom and have new bunk beds! Gabe started putting them together on Friday after school and got them done for the girls to sleep in last night. We figured with the 3 day weekend, it would give them an extra night to get use to it before they have to get up early again. So far, it has worked out pretty good. Claire has been so excited to be in a bed. Last night, she just laid down and looked up at us with her arms and legs stretched out enjoying her extra space. Sadie is on the top bunk and loving every minute of it. They have spent the day back and forth from the new "play room" to what they call, "the bunk bed room."
Last night they went to bed a little late since we were getting everything done so they both went to sleep pretty quickly and slept all night. Sadie was up first, but was able to sneak out without waking up Claire. (Big surprise, she's pretty good at being quiet in her room when she is supposed to be asleep.) Tonight they went to bed a little earlier and had a little bit more talking and playing, but we have successfully made it to sleep two nights. I'm looking forward to listening in on some of their talks and hear some of the things they say to each other.

"Bunk Beds."
